Lately I don't really feel like cooking. One gets stuck in a rut - it feels like the same over and over again.
I looked through some cook books, and clicked around on the internet. Found this (don't remember how). That sounds easy enough, eh?
I might have overcooked it a smidgen. It doesn't look exactly the same as on the other blog. (I hate when that happens. It makes me feel I did something wrong. No, I don't mean the cheese. I know that's grated finer.)
It was good, though, and I might make it again.
