Some Muggle asked me if I was knitting with toothpicks. Well now, my toothpicks are marked "1 Brittany 2.25 mm" and come in a set of five.
I started this sock at the gate on the Frankfurt Airport on Jan 2nd, knit all you can see on the flight back to Montreal. I bet if I hadn't watched the two movies (and turned off the light to do so which kept me from knitting properly) it would have been finished.

I really like the colors too! And I am glad one is allowed to knit on a plane again without being looked at funny because of the 'pointy sharp objects' used...

I made the error of knitting during a screening of 'Dreamgirls.' It was all cool until I examined my work in the harsh light of reality, only to realize I had dropped a stitch about seven inches down...
I'm blaming it on Beyoncé.

:) My family say that to me all the time! Even with something like #5 needles they think they are sooooo tiny!
