YES, I am experiencing the effects of knitting - as an outlet for my creativity, my obsession with colour and my love for beautiful yarns. NO, not in a negative way, but as in the German word "stricken", i.e. knitting!

A very happy 1st!!
Egg turns one today. Seriously. Where does the time go? We've had a wonderful year, she's a delight and the best kid ever as her Daddy likes to point out.
Meine Güte, ist sie wirklich schon ein Jahr?!? Alles Liebe für die kleine Prinzessin. Die Zeit vergeht einfach wahnsinnig schnell. Lisa wird bald 9 und die Pubertät ist schon gaaaanz kräftig in den Startlöchern *OMG*

Where *does* the time go? Was thinking about that question as I bought a birthday gift for my niece. She'll be twelve shortly, and I still can't figure out how that happened....
